ICA has adopted the Singaporean Method of teaching Math and Science to students from Grades 1 to 3 starting this school year.
ICA students get a surprise visit from the Beijing Olympics mascots last August 14, 2008.
The Kinder-Prep Department launched the institutional newspaper drive and the Pondo ng Pinoy project entitled, “ Barya Mo , Buhay Ko!” last August 8, 2008.
Parent Auxiliary First Outreach
The Social Outreach Committee of the Parent Auxiliary in cooperation with the school's social action has continuously supported and adopted the depressed community of Tuberias, located at Barangay Batis and Barangay San Perfecto, San Juan City . The high 3 parents and the grade 7 parents spearheaded the first outreach on July 19, 2008.
VOX ANGELI CHILDREN'S CHOIR Wins Champion Award in Hong Kong Competition
The Vox Angeli Children's Choir brought home the GOLD as well as the most prestigious CHAMPIONSHIP award of the children's choir category in the 2008 Hong Kong International Youth and Children's Choir Festival and representing the Philippines in the “World Sings for Olympics” concert which will be shown in 200 countries during the Olympics opening week ceremonies this August. Nine choir members are ICAns!
Kinder-Prep Learning Center Renovation
The renovation of the K-P building was finally completed on July 12 with the addition of a multimedia area in the ground floor's Learning Center.
