Write it Right! (Tips for Better Handwriting)
The Pre-Elementary faculty had a seminar on the Techniques and Strategies in Handwriting echoed by Mrs. Jane Javier, Ms. Princess Somoza and Mrs. Belinda Obando from the talk and demonstrations given by Ms. Zoila Arellano OTRP, OTR of UP-ISSI, to help children achieve good penmanship.

Ms. Pinky Tobiano was appointed as Commander of Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary for her role in marine environment protection and preservation. The event was held at the Club Filipino in Greenhills, San Juan, Manila.

The highly anticipated ICA 2008 Intramurals took place last September 17th and 20th of 2008. While familiar hues of orange and yellow (Zenith), purple and red (Calyx), black and blue (Xyzeus), and green and silver (Syntrx) surrounded the gym, the intense batch spirit was undeniably present throughout the entire event.

21 ICAns participated in the Green Mariners Inter-School Class A & B Swimming Championship last August 31, 2008.
ICA Team wins silver in the Monfort Cup
The Monfort Cup, an annual inter-school soccer competition, was held last Summer in Ateneo on the 31 st of May 2008.
ICA's Badminton Varsity Team has once again won the gold in this year's Filipino-Chinese Badminton Tournament, held last April 2 and 3, 2008.
ICA has adopted the Singaporean Method of teaching Math and Science to students from Grades 1 to 3 starting this school year.
