Angelic voices of children singing beautiful Marian songs for our Blessed Mother echoed along the corridors of the KP department. In unison they repeatedly sang, “…Mary, Oh, Mary, Mother of Jesus, how I love you so…” to honor our Lady on the opening of the month of the Holy Rosary and the World Mission month last October 3, 2011.

Among the highlights were the different special prayer intentions for each rosary bead (one decade) led by selected pupils and the coloring of Mary’s picture with the missionaries.  Moreover, they invited the next day our two school personnel from the Community Service and Development Center to talk briefly about their mission in helping the marginalized members in our society. The mission envelope was also given to each class. This is an open invitation for us to pray the rosary and support the projects of the missionaries.

Indeed, the Marian and M.I.C. spirituality is deeply encouraged among our young children imbibing the core values of faith and service.
