The students had a gigantic surprise when the 5 life-size Fuwa 福娃 visited the school last 14th of August. The Olympics mascots, better known as the ‘friendlies', had their pictures taken together with students from all levels. Not to miss this once in a lifetime photo opportunity were ICA Directress Sr. Dina Ang, Chinese Department Coordinators Mrs. Sy and Mrs. Depano, as well as Mrs. Araullo from the KP department and various ICA faculty and staff members.

The girls were naturally ecstatic to meet the friendlies up close, more so to touch them. Indeed it was a fun-filled day as our girls were able to share one world, one dream with Pei Pei 北北 , Jing Jing 京京, Huan Huan 欢欢, Ying Ying 迎迎, and Nini 你你.
