Manila Bulletin Sketch Fest 2018, an annual on-the-spot drawing/sketching competition, was held last August 27, 2018 at SM Mall of Asia Music Hall with the theme, “BAYANIJUAN”.  Our very own Althea Ocomen of 6 – Loyalty won second place in the kiddie category.
